Receiving your fabrics at Home

Your order will be sent to your door by courier service UPS OR DHL. After we sent out the package, we will send you an email with the tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the progress at any time on www.ups.com or www.dhl.com . If you are not at home you can ask you family or friends to receive it for you,too.

Efficient Delivery (3-7 days by UPS OR DHL)

All of our items are carefully packaged by our shipping department clerks prior to cargo pick up by our shipping agent . (Please bear in mind that 3- 7 days is the normal delivery time according to previous shipping experience and we cannot be responsible for delay due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. International delivery time may vary, particularly during Christmas, Chinese New Year, Eastern and other holiday periods. Although TOP-ONE cannot guarantee delivery time, we do our best to process orders as soon as we receive your payment. )
